Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and EvadeGPT ("we", "us"). By accessing or using our website, apps, or APIs (collectively, the "Services") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of this agreement by reference.

EvadeGPT provides AI-assisted text transformation, detection, and study tools. The Services rely on large language models (LLMs) served via OpenRouter, Gemini, DeepSeek, xAI, and similar providers. We tune prompts, wrap tooling, and provide UX, but we do not guarantee any particular output. The Services are provided "as-is".

• Accounts are for a single user. Don't share logins.
• Provide accurate info and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including any points spent.
• Tell us immediately if you think your credentials were compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, or otherwise unlawful.
• Automate the Services with bots, scrapers, or headless browsers outside documented rate limits.
• Attempt to discover our source code, circumvent rate limits, or defeat security controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Services without our written permission.
• Use the Services to build a competing AI humanization or detection product.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referrals, trials, promos, or detection quotas.

You retain ownership of the text, images, and other inputs you submit ("Your Content"), and of the outputs produced for you. By submitting Your Content, you grant EvadeGPT a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, store, and display Your Content only to operate, secure, and improve the specific features you are using. We do not train foundation models on Your Content.

You warrant that you have the rights to the content you submit and that your use of it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

AI-generated content can be incorrect, biased, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before using it. Our "passes AI detection" features are best-effort transformations, detection systems evolve continuously, and we cannot guarantee any particular output will bypass any particular detector, now or in the future.

• Billing cycles. Monthly or annual, in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payment processor. Stripe. Your payment method authorizes charges for the plan you picked plus applicable taxes.
• Usage limits. Each plan includes a monthly point allowance. Unused points do not roll over.
• Upgrades. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
• Price changes. We give at least 30 days notice via email before any price increase that applies to your renewal.
• Cancellation. Cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds. Per our Refund Policy.

The EvadeGPT name, logo, software, and site designs are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own personal or internal business use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We work hard to keep the Services up but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that outputs will meet any particular standard or pass any particular detector.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EvadeGPT AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is capped at the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EvadeGPT and its team from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EvadeGPT operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to resolve disputes exclusively in that jurisdiction's courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
