§02Refund Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
- Time limit: your refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of your subscription start date.
- Usage threshold: your account must have consumed fewer than 1,000 points in total across all EvadeGPT features (humanization, rewriting, AI chat, document tools, or any other feature) since your subscription began.
- First purchase only: refunds apply only to your initial subscription purchase. Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.
- One refund per customer: each user is entitled to a single refund. Prior refund recipients are not eligible for additional refunds.
§03Change of Mind, Monthly Subscriptions

If you purchased a monthly subscription and wish to cancel for a change of mind, a refund may be issued subject to a 20% administrative and infrastructure fee, meaning you will receive 80% of the amount originally paid.
This fee exists because, upon subscription activation, we immediately allocate dedicated server resources, API capacity, and infrastructure specifically for your account. These costs are committed on our end from the moment your subscription begins, and the 20% fee reflects the transaction costs and reserved infrastructure that cannot be recovered once provisioned.
To qualify, the standard eligibility conditions still apply: the request must be made within 3 calendar days of purchase, and your account must have consumed fewer than 1,000 points in total.
§04Change of Mind, Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions involve a significantly larger upfront commitment on our part. Upon purchase, we immediately allocate dedicated server resources, API capacity, and infrastructure specifically for your account for the full 12-month period, costs that are committed on our end from day one. This means a full refund is not something we are able to offer.
As a goodwill gesture, we may offer a 30% partial refund on yearly subscriptions for change-of-mind requests, provided:
- The request is submitted within 3 calendar days of your subscription start date.
- Your account has consumed fewer than 1,000 points in total across all features since the subscription began.
- You provide a reasonable explanation for your request.
- This is your first refund from EvadeGPT.
If approved, you will receive a refund of 30% of the amount paid and will keep full access to your subscription for the entire remaining 12-month period.
§05What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
- High usage: accounts that have consumed 1,000 or more points in total since the subscription began.
- Renewal cycles: subscription renewals or any billing cycle after the initial purchase.
- Previously received a refund: accounts that have already been issued a refund from EvadeGPT at any time.
- Accounts in bad standing: accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
§06How to Request a Refund
- Email us: send a message to contactevadegpt@gmail.com from the email address associated with your EvadeGPT account.
- Include: your account email, the date of purchase, your subscription plan, and a brief reason for the request.
- Review: we will verify your usage and eligibility and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
§07Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Estimated timelines:
- Credit and debit cards: 5 to 10 business days.
- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
- Other methods: may vary by provider.
We cannot expedite a refund once initiated, as processing timelines are controlled by your payment provider.
§08Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation does not trigger a refund unless you also meet the refund eligibility conditions above.
- Refund returns the money paid for your subscription, and is only available under the terms in this policy.
§09Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date via your Account page.
Cancelling your subscription after renewal does not entitle you to a refund of the renewed charge.
§10Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing a subscription and using the EvadeGPT platform, you agree to contact us at contactevadegpt@gmail.com to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.
If your account has consumed 1,000 or more points, or your request falls outside the 3-day window, you are not entitled to a refund under this policy. In the event of a chargeback filed under these circumstances, we will provide your usage records, the timestamp of your subscription, and this policy as evidence to the payment processor. Accounts subject to disputed chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
§11Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
